There is nothing wrong, on the contrary, it means you have been doing something well!
When a workstation becomes “maxed out”, like the example of ‘Pipe Dreams’ in the below image, means while you can still get more buyers for the workstation, it can no longer earn you level-up milestone rewards. When you find yourself in such a situation we advise upgrading your other Workstations that are not yet maxed out in order to earn the level-up milestone rewards.
When entering the Workstation Menu, find which of your Workstations can still be upgraded. See the image below.
