A Free Suitcase is a gift you earn for playing High Tide: Weed Shop. It contains, Pearls and Cards (Character Cards and Workstation cards). You receive a Free Suitcase at the start of each Chapter or every 4 hours.
To collect the Free Gift suitcase, go to the Store, where you find what the suitcase may contain. In this case, you are going to collect up to 360 Pearls & up to 14 (indicated in the purple section of the above image). Simply tap on the ‘Claim’ button.
If you have already collected a Free Gift suitcase, fear not! You can skip the waiting period by watching an AD by simply tapping on the ‘Claim Now!’ button.
In addition to the aforementioned ability to get a Free Gift suitcase quicker, you can also increase the amount of Pearls earned from the case in exchange for watching an Ad! The max amount of times you can do it daily is indicated on the screen highlighted by the yellow square in the below image.
